Mankell Hayes was born in Bainbridge, Ga however grew up in S. Florida. He graduated from Boyd Anderson HS in 1992 in Ft. Lauderdale and attended Florida Memorial University in Miami a HBCU. He later moved to Atlanta in 1994 and worked for Winter Environmental of Winter Groups and a couple of years later got into the Mortgage Industry in 2000.

Over his career he has worked for Lenders and Banks and has held various roles from Loan Officer to Sales and Branch Manager to most recent VP of Sales. Mankell founded Superior Mortgage Lending LLC in September of 2020 the year of the COVID-19 19 Pandemic with the goal of being # 1 Independent Broker.

Mankell has a passion to assist each and every client through educating families through the Mortgage Process. When not working he enjoys spending time with family reading a book, boating and fishing.
